Always a good time, Rodos offer budget friendly drinking. I came here to waste time before and event one Wednesday. What drew me in? 1 buck Miller Lite. That’s right, 1 buck Miller Lite. I also know that Rodos is known for their Cherrybombs. For .50 you too can numb your gums and mouth with the finest of grain alcohol shoaked cherries. LOL. For 2 bucks my evening was set up nicely. If you’re ever in the area, stop in.

TL;DR Don’t trust the blonde bartenders at the front bar with your cards Listen…my friends and I were just at Rodos. Earlier, we tried to get into Moby’s, the bar directly adjacent to Rodos, but them hoes were like«it’s $ 10 a head to get in.» We said, nah we aint bout to pay no damn $ 10 to get into to this shit, so we hit up Rodos. They charged $ 5 a head, but then some of our debate club ass friends convinced them to let all 9 of us in for $ 20. I ordered 5 drinks for $ 35. The bartenders were these ditsy blonde bitties that looked like fun… Christina Aguilera from the Dirrty video kind of fun… I kept my card open. We had a good time. Ratchet music, cheap drinks, plenty of people watching. I mean… what more could you ask for? Eventually, we make our way out, and I head to the bar to close out for both my friend and I. After a while, they finally give my friend’s card back. However, one of the ditsy blonde bitties comes back and says, «What’s your name again?» after the 3rd time I say it. I say it again, and even write it down for her and tell her the name of my bank and the color of my card. She gone tell me, «We never had your card in the system. Are you sure you gave us your card?» So, I look in my wallet, and I say to myself, «Nawl…I know damn well I gave you my dark blue and gray ass colored card because I don’t see it in my wallet.» I even checked all 5 of my deep ass cargo pockets… the bitch wasn’t there. So I’m like, aw shit, I guess Imma have to cancel my card. So I’m ready to leave, thinking I’m gonna have to call the bank when I get home because of some inept ass blonde bitty bartenders… I thought wrong because my friend… who we’ll call«Kelly» was turnt and ready to slap a bitch. So Kelly and some other friends ask me what the issue is. I explain, and Kelly goes up to the bar and proceeds to ask the bartenders once again where my card is. I look up my account on my phone, and see recent transactions… what do I find? A $ 35 charge from the bar. Nawl… yall some lying ass bartenders. I try to explain that there is a charge on my card, which means they probably closed my card out and forgot to give it back to me. Which means, THEYSTILLHAVEMYCARD. Kelly notices this, and confronts the bartender. Soon after, other friends get involved. After standing up on bar stools and aggressively shouting, the point gets across. The bartender gives another sad excuse(mind you, right after she takes a shot of something dark), saying that I must’ve dropped it. Huh? Dafuq? Beg Pardon? I know damn well EYE didn’t drop it. YOU must’ve dropped it. Now find it! After some more shouting, security approaches and asks us to leave. I’m not trying to get arrested, so I ask my friends to leave the bar, so I can see if I can figure this shit out on my own terms… they don’t, and we’re all still heated yelling at the bartenders. They asked me to write my name and phone number down, in case they found it the next day. A few seconds later, blonde bitty number one walks towards us with this stupid ass look on her face. «If that’s his card, Imma reach across this bar and slap the shit out of you.» –Kelly Guess what? That was indeed my card. This whole time, my card was up there. They swiped the shit out even after I told them to keep it open, but then had the nerve to be lazy and not look for my card when I asked to close out. No apology was issued ATALL. So to avoid issues, I signed the merchant copy immediately and left a lovely ZERO dollar tip. This was probably the first time in my life I’ve ever not left a tip, because I understand people are out here struggling and gotta feed their kids, even when service isn’t that great. This time, I didn’t care. We all finally left, without any misdemeanors, and we will NOT be back anytime soon. Olé stealin ass don’t feel like looking for a credit card ass heauxs.

Great place dance, the place looked a little sketchy but it was pretty safe. Can’t wait to go back again to dance the night away again. My fiancé and her work friends had a blast!

We got here at midnight after drinking at another bar first. Some of the girls in our party wanted to dance and brought us here. On Saturday nights it’s an ass shaking, rap music, booty club. Twerk it girl! We had a great time. There were 3 – 4 cops posted up out front at all times which leads me to believe this club has a history of violence or crime. Luckily it was calm while we were there. It’s a dive, very cramped, kinda ghetto but we had a good time as a group.

So, I was in Baltimore for a few days for business and was totally hating it. Then found Rodos bar and the two best bartenders I have met in awhile, BJ and Lauren ROCKED!!! It was a Tuesday night and they made it fun as hell, can’t recommend either one of these amazing ladies enough as amazing bartenders. The place started picking up and was a GREAT party, the DJ was great and the crowd was fun, did I mention BJ and Lauren yet? They made the night. I’ll be driving down just to hang out there.

Maybe it isn’t fair that I give this place a 1 star and all of Fells is just trashy and deserves a 1star. I thought Fells was suppose to be the classier part of Baltimore for nightlife… My friends and I went in here on a Saturday night and the only good thing about this place was the DJ. I do have to give them that, the DJ was playing good music. However, I was so disappointed at how trashy this place was-I saw a girl with a freaking scrunchy!!! Her curly hair was all gel’d up with a A 1991 scrunchy… Sometimes an establishment isn’t at fault for the crowd they attract, however I was pissed off when I went to order a water from the bar and the bartender would not give me tap water for free-FYI I always tip when I get water cause it’s the right thing to do, the bartender is taking time to get you a drink-however this bartender did not give me a water and would only sell me bottled water-seriously? WTF? This place was straight up hood and they weren’t willing to give me a water after I have already bought a freaking beer earlier. That’s just messed up. I got a soda/cranberry-no alcohol as well-I was trying to pace myself throughout the night and the bartender charged me $ 3. I have never been to a bar where they refused to give me water or soda from the gun for free… Given that the crowd was straight up nasty and the poor customer service. I will never be stepping foot here again. Seriously Baltimore-do you even have any classy places to dance at and grab drinks with friends?! If Fells is suppose to be a representation of a classy place then I will be damned.

I’ve always seen Rodos but actually never have stepped in until yesterday. They had a sign that said buy one get one domestics. 6 beers ended up being 16bux with our tip. So not too bad. The place looks pretty grimey and kind of run down. This is like some of the dive bars I went to in college and that’s not a bad thing. I’d go here to pretty much get hammered. They were playing some pretty good music here. Like seriously some good music to just rage out to. Also, when we were there there was just one bartender working some blonde girl. I dont remember her name but she was SMOKINGHOT. We hit all the bars in fells and she was the hottest one there. haha I’ll definitely be back

OKAY… RODOS …slightly embarrassed to admit I was here last Saturday because the place is a sticky bar with cheap drinks, lights on high and people letting it all out BUT as I was walking around Fells’s this was the only place that was playing good music… so of course I went in! The DJ – ROCKED! Hip hop, old skool & new skool. The drinks– cheap, and I mean cheap. Loopy bombs 2 for $ 5.00(clearly they want you to get lose so you can shake it on the dance floor!) The folks… HILARIOUS!!! Everyone was dancing and I mean DANCING! Now there was the one guy in particular that was too funny. He was skinny Mexican dude(125lbs tops) straight from Texas with a red plaid shirt, jeans, cowboy boots w/spurs, ginormous cream color cowboy hat and a belt with a HUGE silver buckle. Anyhow, this dude kept gyrating his whole body to the point where you could see the hat shaking on his head. As if that’s not funny enough THEN he grabs the belt buckle and kept poppin his pelvis toward the girls. It was so ridiculous that even the girls were laughing at him and they all starting holding their pants and poppin their pelvis toward him. LOL Bottom line, I had a blast in this place only because the people were so funny. Good old fashion, non pretentious fun that you just cannot find in DC!

Rodo’s in Fells Point isn’t really my kind of scene. It’s a basic kind of bar with basic kinds of alcohol that are both cheap in quality and price(two for the price of one even). If your goal is to consume a lot of cheap alcohol, then you’d like it.

Best. Bar. Everrrr. People are definitely selling this place short. Went there with my girl yesterday and had the best time I’ve EVER had at a bar that wasn’t a club or lounge. First off, drinks are 2 for 1 before 10. Bar tender was super friendly, and the second round was definitely stronger than the first. We were sitting at the bar dancing in our seats and couldn’t stand it any more so decided to go dance. 4HOURSLATER I came back to close my tab and the bartender was like«where the hell did you go?!» Yup, I was dancing for the entire time, because DJ B was jussstt thatttt gooood. I went up to him and told him I want to be his best friend forever — that’s how good haha. He was playing every jam from the 90s, interspersing some newer hip hop and r&b with some reggaeton and a little reggae with just enough electronic stuff to not make you feel like you need to take out a glowstick. He was amazing. End of story. I also appreciated that while I was in my zone, I didn’t have a bunch of creepers rolling up on me. People were respectful and just let each other do their thing. Much appreciated experience. Come here if you’re gonna bring the positive energy and the dancemoves.

I have many great memories here. I love the neighborhood bars in Fell’s, but Rodos always came through when you wanna dance. Nothing fancy, but pretty fun.

Ok, let me start with the good. It has a dance floor and the crowd isn’t too bad. All in all a deferent experience than most of the area’s bars. Now for the bad. The bar areas are cramped, you are either pressed up at the bar or the wall. The bar staff is friendly enough but its nearly impossible to get their attention. Their selection of alcohol is descent, but the bartender’s skill at mixing drinks is so so. So far this is only enough for this place to loose 2 stars at the most. However there are two additional things about this place that just rub me the wrong way. Fist, there are two bars in this place. One up front and one tucked in the back. The prices of drinks differ between the two bars! Drinks cost up to half as much at the back bar than the front. So you basically get ripped off when you head to the first bar you see. Second, this place has a cover which is fine, but if you’re like me and like to get some air after being on the dance floor or go out to enjoy a smoke you will have to pay the cover every time you enter. Most places I go that don’t have a private outdoor smoking area stamp your hand so you don’t have to keep paying the cover. This is either thoughtless or greed. In summary this is an ok place if you want to dance, but beyond that its not worth the cover.

Definitely one of the livelier spots in Fells. There’s a good mix of people, decent music and the prices aren’t bad if you catch the specials. Other than that it’s your regular bar with a dancefloor, definitely loud and can be crowded at times but they keep you occupied if you ever run out of ideas, this is your best bet.

It’s one of the better bets in fells, only because you can dance and everyone leaves you alone. It’s already been said that there’s nothing special about it, but it’s a step up form the neighboring bars. Expect hip hop and a lot of movement —

Another bar in the heart of Fells Point. Loud music. Plays pretty much all the popular numbers. Drinks are OK! The dance floor might get a little crowded at times. Nothing great about it. Nothing bad about it. Get pally with the bartender and get some free shots! :)
