Shear Legacy Barber Lounge

I am remarkably pleased with my haircut from Shear Legacy. I was looking for a consistent barber that will treat your time as they would their own. They are professional and courteous in this shop. Its no reason any one should be in a barbershop for 2 to 5 hours trying to get cut. These gentlemen are reasonably priced and punctual. I would recommend any man that’s tired of their time being wasted and want to actually have plans around their cut to go to this shop.

Shel gave me a sick fade. Dude definitely knows what he’s doing. They stayed late to get me in so bonus points for service. If that doesn’t sell you, they also had Batman playing on the tv

Definitely a cool and comfortable atmosphere, good location and most importantly a good cut. I myself got a shape up and it was great. As we went along Dre periodically handed me the mirror and asked if this is how I would like it. I appreciated it.

Dre has been cutting my hair for the past few years so it made leaving Baltimore bittersweet. Fortunately for me, Dre is from DC (where I relocated) and he was able to recommend me another really good barber. Initially Dre was cutting my hair at another shop, but I gladly followed him when he opened Shear Legacy. The shop is clean, was close to my apartment, and very comfortable inside. It almost feels like you’re sitting in the living room of his house. But none of that would matter if he couldn’t cut hair, and he can cut. If anybody is ever looking for a barbershop in the Baltimore area Shear Legacy would be my first, second, and third recommendation.

Called to make sure they accept walk-​ins and they did. The owner Dre took care of me. He did exactly what I asked for and I’m more than satisfied. I would definitely return.

Shear legacy barber lounge is an excellent location with a top rated Barber. Deandre is professional and cut my hair exactly how I asked. He went an extra mile to make me feel important as a customer. He also gave great advice on how to style my hair. I will definitely return for another cut.

Great spot, Owner Dre and barbers cut all types of hair from a nationalities/​backgrounds, gives you great service, hot cuts and nice home feeling with great art on walls, parking is also easy to find not as busy as other areas in city def the place to go!!!

Absolutely amazing experience! Though I am from a different country and this is my first time to have my hair cut in U.S., the staff (Deandre) really listened to me to figure out exactly what I wanted and offered me splendid customer service, fancy atmosphere, and fantastic quality cut. If you live in the downtown, I highly recommend you to try it.

Best ever Scissors Cut! I was visiting Baltimore with friends and while walking by the shop, saw the sign and looked inside My group teased that I needed a haircut and how there are not many places that understand the scissors cut instead of the clipper number. We remarked that they should be by us and as we looked in the front window, a young man came out and handed us a card. I decided to give it a try. I was also interested in just talking about my home state and town. My friends went to check out of the hotel and I got a cut. I am glad I did. I got the «team» treatment and a hair cut that is hard to come by today– Shower, towel dry, brush through two hands and go.
Attention to detail in the shop’s operation was unsurpassed both in cleanliness and professional hair styling. And yes, it is multicultural. I am one of those old school guys with cow licks and mutton hair always in between letting it grow out or cutting it short that left the shop this time with style. It was like the barber (s) knew me for life. In the future, anytime I am in the tidewater water area, I will make time for haircut and conversation. And for any established neighborhood barbershop, stories are requisite and I am here to say that I have primary source references for my High School US History Class in Florida as to the status of the Baltimore community. Come in and go out out with style.
