Stoko’s

My Mom .& I ordered Fried Shrimp + 2 sides.
My sides — cole slaw + Mac/​Cheese.
Mom sides — cole slaw + mashed taters
Both orders came with fries.
Everything was good/​yummy.

Stoko’s is slipping. I order chicken at least once a week. Last week my chicken and fries were room tempature. I thought that was odd. I am only 2 minutes away, walking. As soon as I walked in there was a foul odor of rotted chicken. Not only was the odor a turn off but my food was room temperature again. My complaint went on death ears. Please don’t stand around and talk in your native language as if though that my complaint does not matter. I will no longer be ordering at least once a week. Royal Farms here I come no more Stoko’s for me… Please respect my complaint for hot food.

Ordered entrée, lemonade and salad with what they advertise as «Our Famous House Dressing». Entrée –wrong. Delivered drink was an overly sweet half-​n-​half. The famous dressing was a packet of Ken’s Balsamic Vinaigrette (yes, the same one you get at WaWa). I called back and indeed they feel that dressing description is accurate. Blech.

Never ordering for this locations again. Last time I ordered here I placed an order about 2 hours before they closed. They told me it’d be 45 mins. Ok so 1 hour and 15 mins later I called and they said the driver is on the way and should be about 10−15mins. I said ok and waited 30 more minutes before I called back. They said «uhhhhh the drive should be there in 10 mins.» I became irritated and said «you said that 30 mins ago. cancel my order its going on 2 hours and my food still isn’t here!» He put me on a hold for 10 mins. I hung up and called back, but no one answered. I continued to try calling for the remaining 5 mins before they closed but still no one answered. I paid with my card and was so tempted to drive up there but I decided to deal with my refund in the morning. Lol by the way, the driver actually called me 20 – 30 minutes later saying he was outside. What a joke! A 2 ½ delivery is unacceptable and again I will never order at the harford rd location ever again. If I didn’t love Stokos’ chicken I would have said the whole business.

Waited thirty minutes for a shrimp cheesesteak. Seven men in the kitchen yet wasn’t shit getting done. Cooking fried chicken in bulk just to sit around. Saw olé dude behind the counter handling my damn sub with his bare hands. No nets on their heads. The nets, okay I can deal but I hate seeing a funky mofo handling my food with their bare hands. Was the most subpar cheesesteak I’ve ever had. Those gross little frozen baby shrimp. Only half of my sub came with the minuscule shrimp all for $ 8. Stoko’s slipping man.

Horrible customer service they don’t even finish saying the name of the restaurant before placing you on hold. Then they don’t ask you to hold or thank you for holding. The worst then they deliver after 1 hour and your food is cold. Horrible
