History

Established in 2013.

At the young age of 8 years old, owner Matt Lotz, found a passion for grilling and BBQ. He was always called on to man the grill at family parties and functions. As he grew older, he started to experiment with different recipes and developed his own special recipe for Baltimore’s beloved pit beef. Family and friends loved it so much that they started to request it at their parties. That’s when he decided to turn this into a business and strive to make a life out of it.
