This is the worst post office in Baltimore (which is saying a lot) and possibly in the entire country. The staff is often rude, when they are there at all. Packages go missing for days and then mysteriously show up. Any requests for help are met with a «that’s not my job» look and either ignored or result in bad information. We once chased a package back and forth between this post office and the Parkville station for several days before giving up. Of course then it showed up here (where it probably was the whole time). I’m only writing this review as a form of therapy because nothing will ever change there and we have no other choices for a post office, it being a quasi-​governmental monopoly.

I just don’t know how this post office can stay in business when it closes during the day for lunch, as well as seemingly never having enough employees on hand to handle more than three customers at a time. And the indifference that permeates the counter staff is appauling. (Not all, but most). I will be going to Postman Plus for all my future shipping and mailing needs from now on. If you are lucky enough to have one near you, stop in and check them out. They have not forgotten what customer service is all about.

Weird hours 10 – 1 and 2 – 5 but friendly staff. Convenient on Harford Road. Easy to get in and out of… and not so busy
