Established in 2015.

Wills Law, LLC, is redefining the way law is practiced. The law can be intimidating but hiring an attorney shouldn’t be. That’s where we step in. Building relationships while helping people with their legal issues is our focus. Like any other business, consumers want to know what they are buying and what they’ll get. We take the surprises out of litigation by using the newest technology available which gives clients ²⁴⁄₇ access to their case and their attorney.

Business Owner

Bennett Wills is the founder and managing member of Wills Law LLC. Bennett also serves of counsel to the Law Offices of Thomas M. Donnelly, LLC.

After receiving his JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2011, Bennett clerked for the District Court of Montgomery County. Following his clerkship, he practiced finance and collection law at Peroutka & Peroutka, then moved on to general civil litigation with the Law Offices of Thomas Donnelly, LLC, in Baltimore, Maryland.

The practice is focused on civil litigation; but does provide support in criminal matters as well.

Bennett is a member of the Maryland State Bar, the United States District Court, and the United States District Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
