Time Gas Station

I usually like this place for its location and price, but today it took way too long to get service. No real reason for the delay. No other customers. What should have been a five minute gas stop took nearly 20 minutes! The woman on duty was totally unapologetic and rude. She told me I needed to «work on my patience»!

Or, as I will think of it, the ‘in-​the-​nick-​of-​time’ gas station. They seriously saved my bacon when I overestimated the amount of fuel left in my tank returning from the Oregon Coast. I believe this is the first/​last gas station on Highway 26 before Seaside/​Cannon Beach. The next station I encountered on this road heading east was another 10+ miles away in North Plains.
Based on location, I was quite relieved that the price for regular unleaded gas seemed reasonable and they took Amex. After coasting down the pass on fumes, I thought it might be a cruel mirage, because the front of the station (including the gas pumps closest to the road), are filled with used cars for sale. However, they are most certainly in business.
Not a lot of frills or other conveniences, although there is a restroom. Just, thank you, thank you, thank you, for being open.
