History
Established in 2014.
The Pedalin’ Pig was conceived many years ago while riding mountain bikes through the Pisgah National Forest. Our riding friends have jokingly called our bikes «PIGS», for the durability and hard crushing rides we would put them through every weekend. Hogs are Harley’s (loud and proud) and PIGS (pedal power) are for biking and now the perfect after ride recovery food.

Loving the restaurant business, I have been involved with for over 32 years. I started out as a dishwasher and have worked every position within this wonderful game. Now the opportunity has brought me The Pedalin’ Pig and I could not have asked for a better location, building and staff. Never are we stronger than our weakest link, so improvement and providing the highest quality product we can drives us every day. Experience has taught me one thing, Proper preparation prevents poor pig palet performance.
