Just had my 1^st massage with Neda and it was great. She helped some tightness in my neck from lifting a heavy car seat and baby all the time. I even forgot my necklace, it was placed in a tissue and by accident I threw it out, the front desk staff actually went through the trash to find it! Amazing customer service, very thoughtful. Thank you to Neda and the front desk staff! I will be back soon.

Neda it is a consummate professional who’s both detailed and deeply caring. My relative has been singing her praises for years and I don’t know why I waited so long to see her. When Chiropractors, Physical Therapists and muscle relaxers aren’t helping go check out Neda. Sometimes the healing touch of massage is just what the doctor, I mean massage therapist, ordered. Side note: the front desk was not the most enjoyable. The older woman at the front desk was listening to extremely loud videos on her phone while waiting to start my session. The whole experience would be much better without those kinds of distractions.

Had a pleasant experience. They took me last minute for a 60 minute massage. Room was very nice and the massage was great.

I recently had arthroscopic surgery on my knee and the recovery has been slow due to very tight muscles in my thigh. Maya worked on my leg for about 30 minutes (and my back for the rest) and it’s amazing the difference. I now have much better flexibility in my knee with much diminished pain. I had gone to PT but the therapist was more focused on exercises which I have done religiously but to little effect. It’s hard to beat the price of the monthly program ($ 59 for one 1 hr visit plus tip) and at the end of one hour I was almost dizzy from the non stop kneading! I’m glad she handed me a bottle of water!

Nada gave me a deep tissue massage. She was terrific! Went in with really tight muscle around the left side of my neck. I felt better afterward. Plan to go back for few more sessions.

The reason for a lack of a star is the lack of a relaxation room. I know this not a spa but a dark quiet place to relax would be nice. The therapist get a full five stars. I have not had one bad massage here. Three different therapist with three different techniques and not one of them bad. My favorite go to man is Harvey. He finds what hurts and works it it’s gone. Bliss.

This is defiantly a place for me that falls between a 3 and a 4 star review but my second visit was better then my first so 4 stars it is. Oh and a 3-​pack groupon at reduced pricing. SCORE!
The location is tucked away in Bannockburn Green (next to Heinen’s) and easy to miss but the space is nice, clean and what you would expect. My first visit was not bad but the massage was average and the light wasn’t dimmed during it and I found the bed linens abrasive. The second time I went, I changed masseurs and my experience was much better. Lights were dimmed, linens seemed less scratchy and the masseur I used really listened and worked on the trouble areas I mentioned. They really had a great understanding of the body, stretching and working muscle groups to get them to relax.
The front desk service my second experience was also upgraded. I phoned to make an appointment and they were very helpful at recommending a masseur that would work for my needs and very nice and pleasant. I believe that same person was working during my appointment and gave equally good service. Lastly both times I have called to schedule an appointment they have had lots of availability. They also have online reservations and emailing confirmations and reminders which is a great touch.

Elizabeth was very thorough and knowledgeable and gave a terrific treatment. I would definitely ask for her again.
