I grew up in the North Shore, graduated from New Trier and began a career in the retail industry, ranging from Sunglass Hut, J. Crew, Liz Claiborne, Chico’s and to the last six years in management with GNC.

I have always wanted to start my own business and I am looking forward to my new venture of Inbox & More at 2549 Waukegan Rd. in Bannockburn, Illinois in the Bannockburn Greens Center.

My number one concern is top notch customer service with my motto, I roll out the Red Carpet for everyone! Feel free to call me anytime, or drop in to the new store for a visit. I look forward to seeing you soon!

FACT: Paperwork is boring.
FACT: Getting said paperwork notarized is a huge pain in the ass.
After reading the reviews… we decided to drive the extra 10 miles to see Andrew.
Well…the reviews were right. He is beyond awesome.
We were required to have 2 different witnesses and a ton of signatures, yadi yadi yada.
It must have been a 5lb stack of paperwork.
It took over an hour to get everything signed, stamped and reviewed.
He didnt charge us for anything other than the shipping of our document packets.
Driving an extra 10 miles for such an exemplary service is more than worth it.
I would argue that driving from Mexico would be worth it.

My husband and I just relocated to the area. We needed to have a lengthy document notarized and with not one but TWO witnesses. I was definitely stressed trying to find a notary and get this done. I searched Unilocal and we decided to drive from Des Plains over to Bannockburn (during rush hour!) because of the fantastic reviews.
We show up an hour before closing. Andrew was kind and eager to help. He managed to help us find two witnesses from neighboring business owners. This document was insane– it took over an hour and a half to complete, which was well past closing. We all actually had a great time talking while taking turns signing and completing the document. Andrew went out of his way to help us, and provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! I highly recommend coming here if you need a notary.
They offer a lot of other services, like shipping, copies, passport photos, PO boxes– and sell cards, boxes, office and shipping supplies. I wish I lived closer because I would definitely come here all the time.

My wife and I had documents that needed to be notarized and witnessed. I called and asked if this was indeed a service that was offered and at what cost. When I was told it was free, I couldn’t believe it. Sure enough, we arrived with our papers and Andrew was there ready to help us. He was kind, courteous, and all at no charge. An absolute lifesaver — we would not hesitate to return for any shipping/​packing needs based on our experience.

Mailing, shipping, packaging, notarizing, faxing, copying, greeting cards, etc. Andrew does it all and is really helpful and friendly. Why bother with lines at the P. O, or the big box stores, and the aggravation? Support our local businesses. Then stop in for lunch at «the dogout» next door — better than the new McD’s across the parking lot! Mike and Judy H.

Andrew is a true professional. He will give you every option and never guides you to the most expensive. He also does notary!!! Honest, kind and after having multiple issues shipping packages AND mailing letters I will only go here. Better than the post office, cheaper and you don’t have to wait in line for days! I absolutely love this place. The most convenient shipping solution I could ask for. Conveniently located near me, covers all shipping carriers, open later than most, and Andrew (the owner) is a fantastic guy to get to deal with. Compared to every other shipping service, inbox and more beats them in convenience and service with a smile. Super refreshing for a postage place!

We finally got our documents notarized. It only took us over a month to do so. We have 3 kids and to find time for both my husband and I to be present took a month. We went to several UPS locations. The first one told us that the notary was out that day and to choose another one. We went to that one and they worker is training to get her license to notarize. Then they suggest we go to one about 20 min away. All of this and they charge about $ 20.
We found Inbox & More and went in. 5 minutes later our documents were done and FREE of CHARGE!
