Starbucks

I met a client here for a meeting. It was packed thanks to School Vacation. Tables were dirty. I got in line and ordered a veggie wrap. The girl told me they were pre made but really good. It was probably the worst food item I have eaten in a long time; soggy, no flavor and over microwaved. Total bummer. The girl behind the counter with the red afro is very friendly. I will pass on Starbucks and head to my fav local coffee shop any day. Oh, no free WIFI? Bummer number 2.

My wife and I are on vacation and we’re here everyday for lunch. Clean and very well run. The staff is wonderful.

Its a Starbucks. Same stuff, same type of people. Not as outstanding as the ones I met at the Caribe Hilton Starbucks in Condado, PR, but your average Starbucks. They have coffee. And Starbucks menu. Fixed the caffeine emergency.

All around a fantastic group of baristas. Warm, inviting, kind, and knowledgable in regards to the products they are selling. Everyone should have the barista suggest a drink to you at least once. They can concoct some delicious drinks.
The store is clean, including the bathroom. It has a diaper changing table that most stores don’t have (for whatever reason). It’s not too loud, not too quiet. A variety of chairs to comfort every guests.

I have a mixed review. I was in Starbucks on Thursday and had a wonderful experience everyone was so nice and warm. I went back expecting the same experience I couldn’t have been more wrong! As people crowded in front of the entry to order I walked to the end where the coffee display was behind another couple who were not in line. When we were all YELLED at that the line started at the other end so that you were lined up against the wall. I said that I was going to buy some of the take home coffee but now wasn’t interested The woman was so rude about it, she didn’t bother to ask the people waiting for their coffee pick-​up blocking the line to move. She went on to comment about me to the barrista as I was moving to get in line and the customer being waited on. When I finally ordered a coffee I was told it was free. This didn’t do anything to reverse my horrible experience. Oh the woman who yelled at me ended up hiding in the back until I left. I felt as if I was bullied by this woman and I wasn’t going to stand for it. Local resident or not you don’t deserve to be embarrassed in front of the entire establishment. Next time I’ll get my coffee at Dunkin Donuts.

Not a coffee fan but have to weigh in that the employees are nice, the place is clean and they carry a large variety of full bean, ground, Keurig and Verismo coffee options for sale. They make for great presents or just a casual surprise gift for whenever. I mean flowers are nice but you need to switch it up occasionally.

Worst customer service and drinks made horrible :(asked barista for some more nonfat milk in my drink and she told me isn’t their more in the self serve nonfat pitcher? I’m confused maybe I wouldn’t be asking for more if it was made right in the first place. Secondly Starbucks us jot allowing customers to use their gold card for more than one transaction a day supposedly by the manager … Worst Starbucks !

There are 2 Starbucks in. This mall. This one is inside the Barnes and Noble.

I love trying Starbucks whenever in a new place. This one is fairly new which should make it nice however the first time walking in it did not smell like coffee. It had a strange smell that filled the entire store. I thought this maybe was an issue that day with the trash. The next day it was the same way. The store simply smells bad. Not sure why but I have been here three times on vacation and something is wrong.
That being said, I only tried their standard dark roasts which were Sumatra and one other standard coffee of the days. The coffee is as all Starbucks great. The service seems to still need time to be a real Starbucks.
