Having been in the business of Security and Safety consulting, I felt taking the next step to not only help and show customers where under lying issues could occur with the building that they occupy along with watching over there staff and patrons.

Security and Safety have been my passion for the past 25+ years, and having 12 years of the same of consulting. I have established an impeccable reputation with many business owners /​managers. Through education of not just staff but upper level management as well, giving a better understanding of the job scope to also help in area to better employees through team support, having the ability to motivate and maximize productivity and employee morale. Assist with upgraded training curriculum and methods, cross-​trained personnel in job duties resulting in boosting self-​esteem, self-​discipline, in a short period of time, have proved where there profit margins had been going.
