Adorable cute items – but ridiculously priced. One store attendant was very sweet. The woman, though who seemed to be in a more authoritative position was extremely rude and condescending. I couldn’t support this behavior and will, instead look online for what I want. I brought a friend from out of town who was visiting and the woman was so rude to her she said she’d never step in there again. To the owner: you are there to serve bitches – not to become one. If that’s what you were going for, you’ve made it in spades !

Cute place to shop for the doggies. But very rude owner extremely strange and odd and socially awkward and extremely bitchy!!! She shouldn’t own a store period!!! and her staff too, Amy the store manager and Carol So unhelpful and super snobby like you owe them something. No product knowledge either which is sad!!! Never again will go there and shop. They don’t deserve any $$$ or business!!! TOOOO BAD FOR THEM !!! I will tell EVERYONE in my inner circle who have a lot of furry babies AND ARE IN THE DOG WORLD to never go there!!! BE WARNED!!!

I’m in love with this store! They sell high quality supplies for your dog or cat. The owner is really friendly and loves to chat about pets. I picked up some clothing and bakery items. Definitely a great place for pampering your pet.

They have an amazing selection of cutesy dog presents, from comfy beds to dresses to paul frank hoodies! They have unique gifts for your pampered pup!!! Great events to help support community dog shelters. Jennifer (the owner) is very sweet and their new employee addition, Pip the chihuahua, is soooooo sweet and friendly!!!

This store is my new obsession. It’s super addicting. I came into this store in October and have been a frequent visitor with my two fur baby boys and we live in Chicago, 45 minutes away. Their products are high quality and unique and they often have awesome sales and discounts. Jen, Amy and Carol are the sweetest! They treat my fur babies and I like family from the first day we visited their store.

I can’t believe I’m the first person to review this place! It is the only dog boutique in the area that carries high end stuff. I love coming in here!!! The cutest dog beds & blankets. Most darling clothes, collars, leashed & toys which are very unique & high quality. They have a great selection of natural treats & the cutest dog bakery. Now they’ve added high end dog food. I love how it’s decorated with four sparkly chandeliers. It’s a treat for me everytime I go in there!

Nice little boutique. They seem to carry higher quality merchandise than your average dog stores. They’ve got some really cute stuff.
I got rubbed the wrong way when I purchased an expensive dog-​carrier (purse style, $ 140) and it just didn’t seem right, it seemed like there should be a piece holding the straps together. The owner grabbed some velcro and put it around the straps and proceeded to ring me up… Later on I went to the manufacturers website and found that there IS supposed to be a strap… so I kinda got screwed on that deal. The owner doesn’t seem as genuine as most other boutique owners I’ve come across, but whatevs. If I’m in the area I’d go back, otherwise I’ll stick to my other faves.

Time for me to update this review. I have been going to Cody and Carls for 3 years now and they treat my little man Kai like a king!
The owner is VERY kind and in tuned to her clients both doggy and human. She will not give, recommend anything to your dog that she wouldn’t give to or use on her own dog.
She loves dogs! She even took all of the ‘tear free’ shampoos and tried them in her own eye! She removed from the store the ones that burned. Now that’s love!
Everything I have purchased from them, dog tags, leashes, harnesses, clothes, treats are all first class and everything has held up well in the wash (clothes that is)
If you have a problem, talk to the owner, she will make it right!

I LOVE Cody and Carl’s Boulevard!
My little rockin’ rescue dogs are the talk of the dog park this winter in their warm, high-​quality sweaters that we bought here. I have bought coats, sweaters, collars, and leashes here, and I couldn’t be happier. Everything has been of the highest quality and stood up against a couple of rough and tough little dogs. I bought an Italian leather and suede collar with silver bones and Swarovski crystal in it, and over a year later, it still looks almost brand new! The price is more than worth it! I can spend so much time in here browsing and talking to the owner, Jennifer. She’s so personable and easy to talk to, and always has a great suggestion as to what would be the best thing for my little ones. Tucker and Shilah can’t wait to come back for more, and neither can I! We’ll also be getting cakes made for their birthday and adoption day next year!

A pet friendly place that is fun to shop at. It makes one want to buy a dog just so you can shop there. One can spend an hour just looking at all the adorable dog items. This is a one of a kind store.
