History

Established in 1995.

We’ve been in the same location for nearly 20 years and have a local reputation of integrity and solid craftsmanship in everything we do.

Stop in our showroom and fabrication shop to see just how unique we really are. If the stars align and you’re visiting on a weekday before 2pm and the showroom isn’t busy and you ask really nicely, I’m sure you could get a tour of the shop. It is really an amazing (but dusty) process.

Located on Northwest Hwy (route 14) in Barrington between Hart and Cuba Road (about 1 ½ miles west of 59), on the south side of the street. We are actually over the train tracks in this really cool old brick warehouse covered in ivy.

We are in the middle of getting our kitchen finished and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about picking this company to do the work. It’s on its way to be beautiful. I have to say that I have never worked with a harder worker then our tile installer Zack. He has worked his butt off to get us back in our kitchen before company arrives next week. Great experience and will be hiring the team for the next project for sure.

Recently had a granite countertop installed over a wet bar cabinet and Marble & Granite Tech did a wonderful job. The Cabinet was actually a credenza with the
Top removed, a small sink put in and amall refrigerator next to the cabinet. The
Granite went over all. They did it in a timely fashion because I wanted it in by
a certain date. Many compliments on the granite and the look. Thank you so

Just had granite countertop installed in the kitchen, and it looks beautiful! Worked with Frank on the slab layout — fascinating process — and the veining lines up beautifully… just as the image we were shown /promised.
We had a little bit of an issue with the cooktop cut-out, but the company did come out the next business day to complete the task. Installers were very prompt and courteous both days. Our sales rep, Tom, handled the issue quickly and to our satisfaction. All-in-all, we are very happy with our new kitchen and MGT.

I used this company for granite counter tops. The sales woman was very helpful and very friendly. Upon signing the contract and picking out a slab the problems began. After approving the final design and setting up an install date the installers showed up 4 hours late and did not leave until around 9 pm. I essentially wasted a half of personal day at work for a job that they couldn’t complete. When I asked for the cut out from the sink they told me they did not have it. This was something that I requested from the beginning. I then spent five weeks trying to arrange for them to come out and complete the install (minor odds and ends). I had to call every other day for three weeks before I finally got a hold of the person to schedule the completion of the job. You would think that in the customer service world you would at least call the customer back after you had gotten your money.
That all said and done, the granite does look very good.

We were over sold and under delivered! We purchased quartz counter-tops for our kitchen. The seamless look that we were expecting did not happen. Instead we have two huge noticeable seams. They sent the installers out and they were not able to do anything other than to say that that was the best that they could do. I tried to hold up final payment until someone with authority contacted me to at least discuss my concerns. The only follow up that we got was calls from the accounts receivable people wanting payment.
We hoped for better service than the big box retailrs, but got much less than expected.
