Became a client after gaining 70lbs after quitting smoking and trying other diets that didn’t work. Lost 20lbs in my first month and decided to help people who struggle as I did with fad diets. Lost a total of 64lbs within months of starting and have maintained my weight since starting 2 ½ years ago and continue working on new health goals.
