Cathie helped me organize a fundraiser in a very short time! She was AMAZING in everyway! The turnout was great, the studio was packed and her staff was very helpful. Everyone had a great time and we raised money for a great cause! I would recommend Pinot’s Palette many times over.

My husband and I went here for Valentine’s weekend… and we had so much fun. The ladies at the register and bar were so so friendly… the male artist was really helpful and nice as well. I had a foot injury and they were so accommodating… they allowed me to sit in the front. We had a lot of fun. we will definitely be coming back again. My only suggestion is, there was a female artist there, she was very nice, I just wish she went a little bit slower… for those of us that really wanted to take time to perfect our piece a little before moving to the next step. Other than that… the environment was welcoming… they even gave snacks… which was great… really really great place. Highly recommend it.

Went for date night with the family — a great way to spend the evening together to bring out our inner Picassos. Tucked into the corner of the Arboretum, PP was a full house. Luckily I was able to make resies the night before. The staff was very friendly and we had a great time. The instructor could’ve been a little more enthusiastic and outgoing but maybe he was new. Regardless we had a fun night out and would recommend this to anyone, young or old, looking for something different and relaxing to do.

I walked into Pinot’s Palette to purchase a gift card for my brother and sister-​in-​law. Everyone was so nice and the place was well kept. Cathie and her staff gave me all the information up front and helped me decide on if I should purchase a gift card or two seats in a class. With my brother being in the military and only home for the holidays I decided to purchase a class so he and my sister in law could work the class into their schedule. I ended up purchasing a date that didn’t work with their schedule but getting them switched into another class was hassle-​free. Cathie and Geoff helped me get them switched to an earlier class the same week of purchasing and it only took one email exchange. They loved the class and were so thankful for the gift of being able to spend time together while trying something different than your typical date night activity. With great customer service, wine and skilled instructors that make a difficult task easy and fun this place is a great addition to the arboretum.

I had never been to a Pinot’s Palette but this just opened up in the Arboretum Shopping Center and I was looking for a fun holiday activity. The space is great — big and bright. The location directly west of the Ipic Theatre and right next to the cupcake store.
Our instructor was Tara and she was energetic and encouraging. She took a really complicated looking holiday scene and made all of us recreate it successfully — including calligraphy (yikes!). She did a great job giving us clear and easy instruction and letting us socialize and mingle.
The bar was fully stocked and the servers were attentive and welcoming. We will definitely be back!
