History

Established in 2008.

I started Pipeline because I was tired of the traditional agency model of refusing to tie communications efforts into business goals and objectives. We are a communications firm that helps organizations connect with the audiences that matter most — (1) employees and (2) existing clients. We help them do this through leveraging both traditional and new communications tactics such as social media, website content creation and our unique process of turning communications into sales — The Communications Pipeline.

Business Owner

As founder of Pipeline, Matt seeks to help companies focus on true «customer engagement» through leveraging traditional and new communications strategies.

Most recently, Matt has advised some of the largest companies helping them develop their social media strategies including Cancer Treatment Centers of America, CVS Caremark, CME Group, Kohler and Concierge & Event Services Worldwide, and Redbox. Matt is also an adjunct professor at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and is a featured national speaker on social and traditional media.

Matt’s work with the national media has garnered multiple industry awards, including several Golden and Silver Trumpets from the Publicity Club of Chicago, and Tower Awards from the Business Marketing Association.
