Founded in 1988 as «The Car Phone Store», the Wireless Zone® system has become the nation’s largest wireless retail franchisor and was ranked the No. 1 franchise in its category by Entrepreneur magazine. Most stores are independently owned and operated, exclusively offering Verizon Wireless products and services.

Michael has been working successfully in the telecommunications industry since 1991 with a variety of companies growing in knowledge for the services and growing in the ability to serve customers in the best possible manner. In 2013, Michael opened his initial Verizon Wireless dealership in order to deliver the country’s best wireless service along with the best possible customer service. Michael and his entire staff support this philosophy that if we serve our guests as we would want to be served, everyone walks away from the transaction fully satisfied.

Wireless Zone of Barrington is a Wireless Technology Destination, always delivering the latest technology with the knowledge to educate our customers. Wireless Zone of Barrington also provides One-​on-​One Tutoring to any guest that may need a little assistance with their new device whether the assistance is in the area of setting up email, how to protect the device content or send their first text message.
