This guy is great, even with remote assistance! I live out of state but he’s always personable, professional, and puts me at ease. There’s none of that talking down to me because I don’t understand computers BS that you get from the big leagues… just simple explanations in a language that I can understand without any scorn. I love that he does both PCs and Macs… it’s hard to find someone well versed in both. Would definitely recommend.
