The absolute best… hands down. Our air went out on the hottest day of the year, for two years in a row. Each time, Bartlett was out and in our home within the same day. The mechanics are excellent and Vince is top notch. We never felt pressured to purchase a unit that was more than what we needed. There’s never a question of who to call for HVAC other than Bartlett. I cannot say enough good things about these guys.

Recently we attempted to turn our AC on to find wiring was improperly terminated that blew a fuse. We promptly called Vince and the Bartlett AC team. Without question Vince was on his way to our home at 10PM. Within 20 minutes Vince had the problem diagnosed and fixed restoring our AC. With a 5 ½ month old fast asleep upstairs, we can’t express our appreciation for the awesome job the Bartlett Heating & AC team does. We would certainly recommend Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning to any!

Great company! I bought a Heater from them about 3 years ago. Yesterday, a motor went out. The owner himself came over and inspected it. Luckily, it was still under warranty. The unit is fixed and it didn’t cost me anything. I will gladly give them my future business.

I called Vince one morning around 7am because I noticed that the duct work underneath a vent in my kitchen had fallen out. Being a first time homeowner I panicked, but Vince reassured me that it’s fixable and to just call back after the holidays. A contractor came out in January and noticed that another vent was affected too. Vince called me the next day to give me a quote, and I scheduled them to come out yesterday. The contractor was in and out in less than an hour and a half (even though they had to fill my vents with concrete to seal them up-​something not every HVAC company will do), and Vince even called me today to check up on things. Great customer service and friendly staff! It’s rare to find companies nowadays that actually take pride in what they do and the happiness of their customers :)

The furnace in my home stopped working. It would light, but it would quickly turn off. I called Bartlett Heating and Air at 6 am. Vincent returned my call right away. He asked some preliminary questions to get a scope on the problem. After determining my availability, was able to come to the house within a few hours.
I thought there was a problem with the fan in the furnace but it turned out to be a problem with our filter maintenance. He converted us to a much less complicated but more efficient system which is providing a much healthier air quality for me and my family.
He was prompt, honest and very forthright. His fees for the service call, the cleaning service and the labor and supplies for the filters were very reasonable. He even showed me some things I could take care of myself.
We set up a regular schedule which will prevent more serious problems from sneaking up on us.
I appreciated Vincent’s patience, honesty and integrity. As a result, we will be using and recommending Bartlett Heating and Air for our regular maintenance and if we should have any problems in the future.

We hired Barlett Heating and Cooling for a general check up and furnace cleaning. Not only were they very professional and did a great job. They showed us items in the furnace that we had never noticed before nor had the other HVAC companies that had cleaned the furnace. For instance the humidifier pipe was pitched incorrectly causing water to sit stagnant in the pipe causing build up of debris. They took care of this for us! and also replaced the water line that had a slight tear in it. Pricing was fair and much under what I thought it would have been for all the additional work that they did. Highly recommend Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning.

I respect businesses that care about their customers and this company truly does. I was in a situation where these guys told me that my furnace is unsafe to use versus insurance company contractor saying it works fine. I was confused and wasn’t sure what to believe. Vince contacted me right away after knowing my concerns came to my house and inspected the furnace himself. He was nice enough to show me why keeping it would risk my safety. He was very generous about giving me a good quote. I will definitely be doing business with them in future and would recommend them to all family and friends.

It was a pleasure dealing Vince from Bartlett heating and cooling. They came out the same day to take a look at my unit and a price quote to replace entire system. Installation was quick and the install tech did a amazing job as well as cleaned up the work area! These guys will come 24⁄7 if you call them and need help. I’m an out-​of-​state landlord — hiring a company, only using reviews on Unilocal as a guide to repair my air conditioner. My rental property is located in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Never using this company before, I was hoping I would get the service I NEEDED at a fair price.
Not only did I get a great price, Vince was there on time and followed up with a telephone call in minutes after repair.
Vince was very professional! My tenants were thrilled, as I was, with the entire experience.
In case you were wondering — my unit needed to be cleaned and a valve replaced.

My AC stopped working Friday night after hours. I left a message around midnight that was answered at 6am. Vince told me he would be out between 10 and 1 that day, Saturday. He showed up at 10. He had me up and running again before 11. Since it was so simple he did not charge me a full service rate. I was shocked that on a Saturday he did not charge me 1.5 times the hourly rate. He has gained my trust and future business.

We had a problem with a technician. Once the business owner found out about our issue, he immediately contacted us and made it right. He even offered to come personally to our home to confirm the issue was resolved. After our recent experience with Bartlett, I would definitely recommend their services.
