One of our partners is an instructor for the AICPA teaching LLCs, partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations teaching to CPAs from around the country.

History

Established in 2004.

ROI Business Services, LLC began as a home based business operation, and has grown into a well known and respected accounting firm within the community.

Meet the Business Owner

Mark M.

Business Owner

Mark’s background includes working in the international tax group at one of the largest accounting firms in the world and for two middle market firms focusing on closely held businesses serving as a firm wide resource for partnership and multi-​state taxation.

Mark is a licensed CPA in Illinois. He also has a Master’s in Taxation from University of Illinois. He is a member of the AICPA, IL CPAS, Board member and Treasurer of Bartlett Travel Soccer Club, and a member of the Business Success Network of LeTip International. Mark has taught tax courses to other CPAs for the AICPA National Tax Education Program and has been awarded the Five Star Professional award from Chicago Magazine for 2010, 2011, and 2012. Mark has been recognized as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), which is a title characterized by the discipline and commitment one has to sharpening their skills and adhering to a code of ethics.
