Using a secret family recipe that’s over 50 years old, Smokin’ Pit BBQ smokes our brisket low n’ slow for hours over hickory wood. To finish it off we pair it with our signature sauces. Try the Sweet Texas or Tangy Texas sauces, both are Gluten Free.

Our secret to amazing slow-​smoked BBQ is recognizing that it’s both an art and a science. Doing great BBQ means having a finely tuned process. We do everything in-​house using our time-​honored family recipes handed down through generations. Our family recipes and techniques were developed in Houston, Texas in the mid 1960s!
