We don’t play games with our customers like many of our competitors:

1. We don’t hook you in and tell you we will give you a price on a hot water heater «after our technician comes out and goes over plans available». If your hot water heater needs replacing, we can instantly give you a price for a high quality Bradford White unit if you can tell us the size of your current unit. It is that easy.

2. We will never come to service your immediate issue and ask if we can «look around» to find other things to charge you for. We have been trained by competitor owners who order their techs to FIND 2 – 3 other fixes at each home. We absolutely do not believe in this and do not come into any home with an upsell sales quota.

History

Established in 2008.

CKC Plumbing was established in 2008 but all work is completed by our Master Plumber with over 30 years experience. His attention to detail and compulsive neatness assures a quality outcome for any plumbing issue.

We are currently training our second generation who is learning customer service and all the old and new school skills hands on with the goal to keep our family serving your family for generations down the line.

This means for you the customer, you will see one person face to face every time you invite us into your home. You can feel safe with our family taking care of your family. Every plumbing issue from a dripping or leaking pipe to complete plumbing installation for you new dream home is within the scope of our ability.

Craig started in the plumbing trade in the early 1980’s in the Collegeville area. He learned on the job from skilled old-​school Masters. Unlike many newcomers to the field, he learned to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve all plumbing issues 100% hands on.

Proving himself to be a clear master in his field, working for other small companies proved frustrating. Having the highest skill level, made him the first hit by lay-​offs. Companies chose to keep the lower paid, lower skill-​level apprentices on the payroll to service for their customers. His final point of frustration came with the last company he worked for who sent him on a weekend long «sales training» trip. The goal, teach technicians to find and SELL at least 2 extra services while in the customer’s home.

Seeing the industry go in this direction sent Craig out on his own. He is now training our second generation as he learned with integrity, skill and attention to detail.
