Established in 2007.

Since 2007, our firm has been located in the historic district of Bartow, Florida. In September 2011, we moved to our current address on Main Street.

Meet the Business Owner

Scott and Autumn M.

Business Owner

Scott was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000. Before opening his own practice, he served as a prosecutor and an SAO Division Chief, was Counsel to DOT’s statewide law enforcement division, and was Counsel to CMVRB.

As a defense attorney, Scott has defended hundreds of criminal cases and conducted numerous jury trials including charges of drug trafficking, money laundering, and murder.

Autumn was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005. Before joining Scott in private practice, she also served as a prosecutor and was an SAO Branch Office Director.

As a defense attorney, Autumn has defended hundreds of criminal cases and defended numerous significant matters including charges of robbery, DUI, ponzi scheme ($ 1,000,000+), sex battery, and murder.
