Beware! This place gave me food poisoning. Do what ever you can to avoid food poisoning, it’s the worst!

Small pizzeria in basalt Colorado. The owner Tim is very friendly. You can tell he loves what he does. I totally recommend the sausage roll and Stromboli. You can eat inside or on the patio in the summer. The restroom was clean thank goodness.

Whoah! This place blew my mind away. I wanted to take this place home. Such a wonderful family owned business and you can tell they put their hearts into it. I went in and all their pizzas were beautiful! The Sicilian pizza is a total must and worth the wait. I totally want another one. Super thick crust which I loved and that sauce hit he spot. I know that this place uses really awesome ingredients because the delivery guys came when we were visiting. Pretty awesome of this place. Everyone was incredibly friendly and loved to talk. They have take and bake pizzas too. We are coming back and I’m so happy we decided to try this place out. I totally recommended if you are in the area. But be careful… You are going to crave it later. Yum! So good!

As a pizza connoisseur, I have held Timbo’s Pizza in high regard through the years. I have found it at parties in Rifle, at concerts, and at friend’s houses in Carbondale, and now that we went to Basalt for lunch, we were impressed with the great atmosphere and large selection of menu items! The pizza can be purchased by the slice and the selections are masterfully made! Add a Stromboli, or fresh leaf lettuce salad, or a hot or cold sub, or take home the whole pizza! There small pizza is the same size as everyone else’s large pizza! The atmosphere is cool, relaxing, and loads of fun. I couldn’t get over all the wonderful stickers and sayings behind the counter! A classic collection! The camaraderie and feeling of good friendship was refreshing! Good fun with good hard working folks! Don’t over look the high quality and nutritional value, & thought, that is in everything they prepare. Wish I still lived in Colorado so I could get my weekly dose of the best PIZZA and sandwiches around! Then I could be like their«regulars» and try everything they have on the menu!

There is literally no competition in Basalt. Timbo’s has the best pizza in the valley. Sandwiches are large and use Boarshead meats. Family run business with wonderful smiling service, fast delivery and they are now open on Saturdays from 11 – 8. I am a Timbo’s regular when it’s pizza time. They recently added delicious soft serve ice cream and you can request extra Hershey’s syrup. Brownies are terrific and they also have their ready made frozen pies… take ‘me and bake me! Tim, Jason, Jessie, Julian and the whole crew are warm, friendly, accommodating and always serving with a smile. Offer standard fountain drinks and bottled juice as well. My favorite pizza and they also offer a delicious gluten free crust. Other specialties include Stromboli, garlic rolls and more.

I had a miserable day because of the backwoods morons at All Valley Women’s Care and their borderline homicidal mistreatment of pregnant women. SO… I decided that some gluten and cheese were just what I deserved. Large group of people splitting food — large pizza with half regular, half mushroom and onion. Meatball sandwich. Chicken parmesan. Salad. The salad was enormous(large) and mixed greens — very good. The dressing was awful — it looked like canola instead of olive oil. I used homemade dressing because I couldn’t handle the one they gave. The Chicken parm was inedible — tasted like fish and freezer burned. But the cheese was yummy for our leftover pizza crusts! Meatballs were yummy! Not too salty — they may have been homemade. The sandwich was huge. The guys loved the meatballs so much they put them on their pizza. It was a lot of bread. The pizza was delicious. A little doughy and very generously sauced. They didn’t give red pepper with it but thankfully we had some on hand. Would have been amazing with oregano! SO… some wins, some losses. I’d definitely order the pizza again. Just the pizza.

I love it here! These guys are a solid neighborhood pizza place. They always remember us, even over the phone. The food is great and the family that runs the shop are great!

This place is okay. Really classic american pizza. Miserable sandwiches. I prefer Peppino’s in Carbondale for this style pizza. Tim(Timbo?) the owner is a nice guy so it’s hard to get down on it. It is what it is and for a good slice of pizza there isn’t a rival in Basalt.
