And, when I commented that the new window was so clean it made the other dingy window look terrible, they washed it so that it matched the new one. Really great service.

What a pleasant experience. I bought two night stands and needed glass tops to protect the finish. I started my research on– line… never thinking to do a Basking Ridge search. On a whim, I did the Basking Ridge search and found this place. Mario took my order over the phone… called me back in two hours and told me I could pick them up. His prices were very fair and his service was wonderful. This is just the kind of business that I thought had disappeared… He also does screen replacement… take your projects to him and feel like the old days of real customer service is not dead… it is just hiding.

I recently undertook a moderate bathroom renovation — new tile, a new vanity top, and a gallon of Valspar paint were ordered from Lowe’s. When the vanity installation day arrived, Lowe’s subcontractor arrived and informed me he was unwilling to install the new vanity until I removed the 6′ x 4′ mirror attached to the wall above the old vanity for fear of damaging it – although the mirror was firmly attached to the wall. Although I’d paid extra for Lowe’s to come out and prepare the estimate on-​site, removing the mirror hadn’t been discussed until the day of the installation — and Lowe’s refused to intercede on my behalf to order the sub-​contractor move the mirror. or even offer to suggest a glass and mirror specialist. The sub-​contractor eventually recommended All County Mirror & Glass. All County quoted me a price of approximately $ 650 for the two service calls necessary to remove the mirror (almost twice as much as the labor to have the vanity installed by itself) and told me I’d have to wait at LEAST a week for an appointment.
Eager to find a competitive bid, I quickly Googled local Mirror and Glass specialists and found Basking Ridge Mirror and Glass. They were AMAZING! They came out to my place on one day’s notice, removed the mirror for a $ 95 service call, stored it at their facility while the vanity was installed, and re-​installed it for another $ 95 service call on one day’s notice — all for less than $ 200. I was thrilled!
Now, if only I were as happy with the color I painted the bathroom.
