Meisner Maintenance

I have know Bud Meisner for about 12 years. I know he has installed A/​C unites for a church in St. Charles and furnace and A/​C combos for people I know. I’ve had him do some plumbing work for me in the past and furnace cleaning for my then girlfriend, now wife. In 2013 Bud installed a new water heater for me and ran a makeup air line I needed according to a home energy audit I had. I find Bud to be detailed, honest and fair in his prices. As he says «will do a job for you just as if I did it for my home or my dad’s home. In July of 2014 I had Bud install a new Bryant 96% efficient 2 stage furnace and a Bryant 16 SEER 2 stage A/​C unit. He did a quality job even doing his own sheet metal work to allow a much better breathing 20» x 25″ x 4″ Aprilaire filter system. He then went over my duct work and with aluminum tape sealed up all holes and gaps. To top it off he installed the Honeywell WiFi thermostat I wanted. Now any where I am I can adjust my thermostat on my smart phone.
I will continue to use Meisner Maintenance for utility work on my house. I trust him and his work and am comfortable recommending him to others.
