Pal Joey’s Restaurant has been a favorite of pizza lovers for over 30 years! Given 4 stars by the Chicago Tribune, our traditional pan crust pizza has remained unchanged since opening! Our pizza is also available in thin crust and super thin crust with a large assortment of toppings to suit every taste. We pride ourselves in our fresh ingredients and our made-from-scratch appetizers, entrees, and desserts. We also serve sandwiches, pastas, salads, have a full liquor bar and will cater any event from 10 people to 1000!
History
Established in 1972.
Pal Joey’s Restaurant was established in the spring of 1973 in West Chicago, IL. Although its original owner has the name Joey, the name of the restaurant originates from the musical and subsequent movie named «Pal Joey». In the spring of 2001, John Hamel and Greg Miller purchased the restaurant, then located just east of 59 on Roosevelt Road. From that spring on, the importance of quality ingredients and freshly made menu items that customers have depended on for decades has been a staple in their business plan. Instead of change and adjustments, Greg and John have added lunch and dinner specials as well as an extensive catering menu to suit all tastes and budgets. Pal Joey’s offers pizza take out and dine in at Wheaton Bowl on Geneva and Main as well as lunch at K-Commons at College of DuPage. In the summer of 2012, Pal Joey’s Batavia opened at 31 North River Street. The new restaurant offers all of Pal Joey’s favorites as well as some new items with an excellent central venue in dow
