My experiences with Alarm Center were so bad that I switched before my contract was even halfway through. I moved and they left me hanging without service for 2 months.
Sales person dishonest; equipment (that I purchased outright) used; technology outdated; installation barely functional; support nearly nonexistent.
Don’t expect them to return calls after you sign the contract.
I’m certainly not recommending this company.

I had a bad experience with this company. The contract needs to be read with a «fine tooth comb» or have an attorney read it as it’s tricky. The employees are not nice and they keep «passing the buck» on to someone else. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I will never use this sly company again. Why can’t people be upfront and honest?
