Service here is really terrible! They are always busy playing with their smartphones and will make you feel like you’re not welcome at all. Also, they always close early so don’t ever bother going to this location at all! What a bunch of lazy employees!

We go to Baskin-​Robbins for great tasting ice cream and for the many flavors to choose from. Thats what you get here, though, there isn’t a lot of room to enjoy it inside. There have been a few instances where they have been out of this, or out of that. Thats understandable, but becomes frustrating on repeat visits. They won’t blow you away with great service as they are obviously more interested in checking their smartphone for social media updates. If you love Baskin-​Robbins ice-​cream, you’d do well to get in, get out, and get on with your life.

I went in on a random weekday and tried to order a peanut butter and chocolate milkshake but was told they were out of milk so they couldn’t make me one. Honestly, I thought that she was joking with me and I kind of laughed but apparently she was being serious. What ice cream place that sells milkshakes runs out of milk in the middle of the day? Then I tried to order some ice cream and they were out of waffle cones too. So I ended up going to the Sherwood location to get my milkshake and asked them if they ever run out of milk or waffle cones in the middle of the day and the girl said, «no not really.» So who knows what happened over there that day but they definitely need to restock daily. Maybe they just need to make like a grocery list or something so that they don’t run out of things and always have a backup. The employees were really nice though.
