I enjoy living here. I’ve been living here for a year, and I have never had a bug problem or any problems really. The inky time I’ve had a «problem» was when it rained really hard and it leaked inside from the ruff. Which in my opinion, isn’t their fault. The maintenance staff came at 10 at night and looked at it, then came back the next day to fix it. Rent isn’t high. It’s a fair price. And you live on college drive, which is next to restaurants, Walmart, gas stations, etc. And the traffic isn’t too awful during LSU games. I’m about to renew my lease, and I don’t think I will regret it.

Find somewhere else to live. The showrooms look way better than the apartment you actually get. Very cheap-looking and dirty. I’ve had roach problems and a mice problem that lasted for months. If you’re looking for a cheap one person apartment and are willing to deal with all that, fine. A warning though, if you live in the loft-style one, you have to do your laundry at the complex’s laundromats, and they are either full or «under construction» and cost you $ 1.25 per wash/dry.
