Garry Lewis have great apartments in the Baton Rouge area. Great customer service at the home office. Veronica is professional and extremely helpful! Maintenance issues are handled promptly. I highly recommend this property management company.

Garry Lewis Properties has helped me find a wonderful apartment in Baton Rouge. Moving here from out of state I looked at a number of property management websites and spoke with numerous agents to find my new home, but without much luck. After much search I came across Garry Lewis Properties. Veronica helped me tremendously as she found me a great apartment in a great neighborhood that was close to my work! Everyone at the main office has been very accommodating, answering any questions I have had about the apartment, things to do in the area, and general questions about Baton Rouge. They are quick and responsive to any problems you have and in general they care about the people living at their locations. The rental prices are very fair and their properties are well kept. If you are thinking about to moving to Baton Rouge check them out!

This is by far the most unprofessional business I ever had to rent from! I had to get transferred to a new apartment because the first place was infested with fleas! My roommate got bit so bad that she has spots still on her leg. Mind you I always have paid my rent 5 months in advance meaning past due has never been in my file. Yet, the office staff was always rude and never greeted me as I dropped of 1,000 plus dollar rent checks! Wow! I couldn’t take there slow maintanece process and rude manners I did not renew my lease! I paid a maid to clean my apartment, professionally shampooed the carpet as stated in the lease and left the apartment in the best condition possible. The apartment was so dirty when I first moved in that I had to complain about it and surely didn’t want the next tenant to deal with it. I received 425⁄500 for my deposit back. The current manager Wendy told me that my apartment was cleaned perfectly but NOONE receives a full deposit. Wow, I was lost for words especially when she cursed and said she didn’t give a damn. She stated that she wasn’t discussing it anymore. With that being said, you judge whether you want to commit yourself to a year contract with people who deliberately will no refund what’s rightfully yours because its not their custom. SMH!
