Established in 2011.

I started my coaching and consulting practice in August 2011.

The mission of my company is to provide individuals and organizations with tools and support to diagnose, analyze, and deal with change through growth. I coach in three main areas: Career, Business and Leadership.

My practice is based on a simple philosophy: Work should be a good thing, not a struggle.

Business Owner

I started my coaching and consulting practice in August 2011. From 2000 – 2011, I worked for LSU’s Department of Mgt teaching HRM, Org Behavior, Employee Selection, & Principles of Mgt. For a while, I served as department undergrad advisor, as faculty advisor for student organizations, and also internship coordinator. LSU was a great gig; I really enjoyed my time there especially coaching students as they took on internships, became campus leaders, and ultimately moved into post-​grad employment.

Prior to LSU, I was an internal consultant for Southern Company in Atlanta as part of the Individual & Organizational Assessment group. Before that, I worked as an external consultant with UPS’s Employee Relations Group at corporate HQ, as a researcher at the Center for Leadership and Career Studies in Emory University’s b-​school, and on a long-​term project at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.

I earned my MS and PhD in I-​O psychology from The University of Georgia, & BS from UNO.
