Lorena did a great job today taking my partially highlighted hair to the balayaged look I wanted. She was very careful to make sure we were on the same page. Great job, thank you!

I’ve been to this salon twice and I have nothing but good service. The location is perfect. The salon is clean and everyone is professional and friendly. I’ve gotten my haircut from Mallory and it’s amazing. She definitely listens to you and does a fabulous job.

I can not say enough good things about my color specialist HEATHER! I have never had someone care as much before and put as much time into making me happy! She is just incredible and very talented! I am a blonde and usually only get heavy highlights but this time I wanted something different. I had all kinds of pictures when I got there and let’s just say what I wanted was quite a bigger job than I expected. I wanted a balayage umbre but also subtle so it’s natural looking. She used 4 colors and spent about 4 hours in my head and let me just say it’s everything I wanted and more! I would also like to say the rest of the staff was very accommodating and Meagan who trimmed my hair did very well.

Amy was GREAT! I cut 10 inches off to donate and told her what I liked in a hair style and showed her a photo. My haircut is AWESOME. She really took her time and at the end showed me how to style it myself — hands on — literally had the curling iron in my hand! Being new to the area, it’s never easy to go to a place you know nothing about, but this was a winner for sure! The front desk staff was so nice too and recommended some places to eat in the area. I will definitely be returning. Also, I loved being able to book ANDPAY online.

Dude. I really really hate to make this bad of a review, but I just can’t get over what happened with my hair! I went to Megan for the first time so I could cut my hair short. I specifically told her, «a lot of people can’t seem to get my hair cut right, if you can’t do it, let me know» I was going from longer hair to a short bob on a little higher than my collarbone. Anyways, as I see more and more of my hair being cut, I try to relax, and calm down. Megan took her time with my hair, and when i got out, it looked great. HOWEVER… She told me that she cut just one bottom layer of my hair shorter than everything else, and the layer right above it was longer, but you wouldn’t be able to tell because it was at the bottom. She said she did this for«volume». Well, I get home, and days go by and I keep looking at my hair and I’m thinking something is wrong with me, and then I realize that half of my bottom half was about an inch or so shorter than the other half. So if you were to look at my neck, one side is clearly longer than the other, its just so blatently crooked, it looks like she cut it too short, and was like«uh-oh» and then kinda made it go longer without evening it out. Now, if I want to tie my hair, one side can reach the ponytail, and the other side doesn’t. I showed her plenty of pictures and described exactly what I wanted, however, when I had my hair cut like this(from a hair salon overseas) it was definitely not this hard to keep up, nor was it flat in some areas and poofy in others the way it is. As a person, Megan was really easy to talk to and very friendly. Poor thing was also pregnant and on her feet the whole day. However, I am VERY disappointed with my hair, and I don’t think that it was worth the $ 60+ bucks I paid.

I don’t get my hair cut very often, it’s long and doesn’t require much upkeep, so honestly it’s every 4 – 6 months or so. I’ve seen Mallory and Megan, with Megan being the two most recent times. I really love what she does with my hair! She listened to what I wanted, suggested a couple things, and made sure I was happy with the end product. I will definitely be requesting her from now on. I was surprised when I called for an appointment, I called on a Wednesday and was able to get on that Saturday at a time that worked for me, which was much earlier than I had expected to go in. It was busy, but not overly so. I’m always able to find parking, if not on the street, then in the free parking garages. The ladies at the front desk were happy and courteous and offered me a beverage. The other stylists routinely cleaned the floor so there wasn’t hair everywhere, which I’ve noticed in some places doesn’t get done as often as it probably should. My haircut price has gone up $ 5 from the last time I went in, but was still reasonable, and because I hadn’t been in so long, I had an email with a «$ 20 off a ‘new’ $ 40 service»… the«new» being«in the last 6 months». So I ended up with a much cheaper cut than normal! All in all, I like the place, the location, and my hairdresser, and will be coming back as long as these things are constant.

Just had my hair cut by Doah who is apparently EXTREMELY new(someone could have warned me!). It’s very uneven and nothing like the pictures I brought in. And while a free haircut is nice, I’d much rather be paying and have something that looks decent. Took way too much off the top but only on one side! It feels SOOOO uneven! I can feel the super short spots and then other longer spots… So much for looking cute at the beach, guess I’ll be wearing lots of scarves!

Nope… not again. My cut was rushed so Fifi(not her real name) could cut her momma’s hair on her scheduled Friday visit. I came here again because I like the Aveda product line but the lacking customer service and inexperienced stylists will keep me from coming back. Like many others have said… this«could be», we «want this to be» an awesome salon but until they hire top notch stylists and front desk personnel who are more concerned about«you» as a customer instead of whatever else its simply not a salon worth going to.

First of all, I’m a guy– just on the small chance it’s not apparent from my picture. So my experience is contained to that, but I can honestly say I’ve never encountered an openly unhappy female customer when I’ve been there. Malory gives the best haircut I’ve ever had by far in my life. Not only does she listen well but she gives helpful suggestions without being pushy. And my haircut is always done via shears, not with clippers so it’s blended as much as possible. As another plus, she manages to snip away in a manner that makes it look good as it grows out instead of raggedy a few weeks later. They will also give you samples of styling products they use so feel free to ask. The only downside is it’s somewhat expensive for a mens cut. I’m not taking a star off simply because the price reflects the quality in this case. The difference between SuperCuts and this is very noticeable. Save up. It’s worth it.
