Rapid Lube

I went here for an oil change. Service was quick and pleasant plus prices were very reasonable compared to the competition. I’ll be sure to come again!

Amending my review: I’m in town once every few months to help my mom out now that my dad has passed. When I brought her Audi TT here to have the oil changed, the people were nice, but rushed. I checked the oil level after they changed the oil and noticed the oil filter was a little shorter than the correct one. In addition, when changing the filter, oil that trickled into the engine wasn’t wiped off — points off there.
She took her car out after I left town and once she got above 65 on the interstate, the bellboy pan that covers the oil pan and bottom of the car blew off because it hasn’t been fastened back to the car correctly.
She brought the belly pan and car back. The pan was torn up from hitting the road, and so this place used *zip ties* to put it back on the car, tearing up the belly pan more, making it impossible to release the pan for another oil change without further damage.
When I returned to town for thanksgiving and examined the damage, I took the following picture and tried to call them. I was told I had no recourse but to talk to the owner, who would call me.
I’ll be happy to amend the review after a new belly pan is purchased and installed. The damage caused to the car and the fact that my mom very nearly ran off the road when this large panel came off makes this a current one star review.

The oil change service was competitively priced and very quick. The crew was friendly and efficient. Oil changes are not fun but Rapid Lube Was hassle free. I will return.

Great service! My oil change was performed in a timely manner, the staff was friendly and helpful! The place was clean as far as car service places go. They did not overcharge or recommend anything that was unnecessary or unneeded. It wasn’t much more expensive than having my fiancé do it himself and the fellows did it with a smile!

I took my car here to have the oil changed today, after the place we normally use was closed. The waiting area is clean, everyone there was friendly and helpful, and if it took me ten minutes to get in and out, I’d be surprised. Super quick service with a smile! Very happy with the service, and I think it’s worth driving across the river for.

Great service! This is the only place I bring my car for service. They know exactly what oil works best for my camaro. The staff is nice and friendly. They make the necessary recommendations for other service like oil filter and wind shield wipers. They used to offer window tinting, I hear they may be offering it again soon. The inspection sticker process is quick and easy. You’re always in and out of there in no time.

Inspection stickers are cash only, but you can use credit or debit if you’re getting another service, like an oil change.
