I signed up over the phone for an Open-​water scuba class. A week before the class I needed to call and cancel due to personal reasons. I called and cancelled and the owner told me they do not give refunds. In shock, I said «How was I supposed to know this?» and she responded «Well, it was posted in the store when you came in.» I then replied, «Well, Great, because I signed up over the phone.» We then went back and forth with no progress. She finally said, «Take it up with your credit card company.» Luckily, they refunded the money, but the owner was absolutely rude and did not seek the interest of the customer. I will be traveling to Lafayette for my Open-​Water class.
