WOW, is the first thing I have to say about Andi, her work and enthusiasm while working with you. I first saw her at work while visiting family in Baton Rouge a while back, and have to admit I was surprised. Why surprised? In the past I was a bit cynical about home stagers and just wasn’t sure that staging can really make the difference between a quick home sale or not. Anyway, I had the chance to see her at work first hand! Not only is she charming, warm and excited about helping people get their homes staged and sold ASAP, but she is amazing at what she does! I know she has traveled to Europe quite a bit over the years, and my two cents is that this has contributed to her simple elegance and good taste. Nothing snobbish about her mind you, just old world style mixed with a modern flare that makes you feel good. I admit that I used to think staging was not a whole lot more than moving furniture around and trying to make rooms look bigger. Not so, I’ve learned. In two hours, Andi showed my family member not only how to re-experience every room in the house, but how to give it character and personality too! She was great a great listener, a good educator and showed us the ‘before and after’ difference she could make if given the opportunity. She was always on time and ‘on call’ whenever we had«just one more question…» :D She can both redesign your current home or stage it so that it sells faster if it’s on the market. Last thing I’ll say about this lady from the south with a Midwest heart of gold, is she is affordable. I live in the bay area in northern California, and the bid I got to stage my 3500 square foot home,(and I’m NOT kidding) was $ 17,000, NOT including the paint work and new linens. Seriously. No way are we going to pay anywhere near that, so my husband and I have decided to fly her out for the job because those costs and the bid she gave us wasn’t ANYWHERE close to the one we got from, «Pierre»,(yes, that is his real name…).
