Negative stars would be more appropriate. Was just harassed by an employee/​maintenance guy because i smoked a cigarette in the pool area and he kicked all 7 of us out. We were the only ones there. Heads up there are better places to live.

Rented a unit for my daughter beginning of fall semester 2015. They failed to mention that the one bedroom we were renting was a handicap accessible unit. Due to ADA requirements, the living room is incredibly tiny. The rented furniture does not even fit in the room. The kitchen is missing entire sections for wheelchair access. To top it off, the one drawer in the kitchen was missing for 6 months, we kept being told it was «on order». There were also no cabinets doors until the spring semester started, they were also «on order». The office staff turns over so rapidly, good luck in getting any information regarding anything. Regretted renting here, should have stayed at the Woodlands.

Not a safe place to live. Had to move out because you can literally slide a credit card down your individual interior apt. door and your door opens. Mgmt shrugs their shoulders when the burglaries and vandalisms occur and says «are you sure you locked your room?» They take no responsibility and smile when you notify them that you are moving out to find a secure place to live. They do however take care to remind you that you are still responsible to pay your lease.

It’s spring break and the whole apartment shakes from the machines that are breaking down walls right outside of our room at 9am. This happens about 3 times every month and they’re not even improving or fixing anything. Have called office last year about it and they do nothing to fix. Horrible apartment complex w/​the worst maintenance in the world.

Since I posted my first review of this apartment complex things have gotten worse. The elevators work one day and not the next– they have never worked for a full week without breaking down. Worse yet, the Internet service to the complex has been out for the past week and a half. The 20 year olds that work the office give out the same BS trying to blame the internet issues on Cox. I contacted Cox and was told there were no internet issues at the complex’s address. So after 4 days of blaming Cox for no internet they now say that it is their issue and their IT guys have been working on it for the past week and everyday that you call the office they cheerily say that it would be fixed by the end of the day– more SCRIPTED BS. Why does it take over a week to fix an Internet problem? The lazy river that they boast about on social media is still a mud sloop hole. They say it will be ready by Aug 29^th but I’m sure they mean 2016. Oh yes, also there are no mails slots for residents so you have to go to the office and interrupt the 20 year old office staff while they are trying to get new suckers to sign a lease to go through the pile of mail and dig yours out. Good luck getting your credit card bill or loan check out of that mess. I have left numerous messages for their local management and corporate management to return my call to address these concerns with not one call back. Reported this on the BBB site with no resolution there either so I guess that tells you where they stand on customer service. Once you sign the paper you have to live with the amenities– which are none at this point. Very disappointed and so sorry to have signed a lease here. So yes this is the only complex in BR with a lazy river — great if your a pig.

Already terrible! They tell you things that they will never do. And it’s so freaken expensive for no reason. Stay away!!!
