Tony Lee Auto Technicians

I recently brought my vehicle here to have the front brake cradle/​brake plate replaced to stop an intermittent grinding that I was hearing. I purchased the parts from the dealer and brought them here and Tony Lee Auto had no qualms about letting me use my own parts (some places have a problem with for «liability» issues but they really only want to up charge you on part cost).
I feel that they were honest in their assessment and pricing and did not try to up sell me on anything. I was surprised. They did exactly what I asked them to do. I had researched my problem and knew exactly what needed changing, they agreed, and that was it. I had steeled myself for the extra charges, the you also need this, and that… and that never came. Just a simple, yep and your car’s done and it cost exactly what we said it would when you dropped it off.
I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here if it is in needed of repairs; knock on wood, hopefully that’s not any time soon… but if it is, I feel comfortable with Tony Lee Auto and knowing they aren’t trying to rip me off. This was a VERY refreshing experience.

I on ly use this place to have repairs done to my van. They are great, honest and quick. Very fair pricing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone not looking to pay for dealership repair prices. Call them and make an appointment and ask for Gordon.
