The worst management of an apartment complex I’ve ever seen. I went on vacation and came back to a flooded apartment. First they said it was the garbage disposal and dishwasher I put in multiple maintenance requests for. Then they said it was a backed up grease trap. Then a whole week and a half later they claimed it was a piece of duct tape in the pipe. They threw wet items from the floor onto my clean sofa. They refuse to take responsibility for anything and still almost two weeks later haven’t cleaned or replaced the carpet. The dishwasher hasn’t been touched and has standing water and mold. Also when I first moved in, the apartment wasn’t clean. There was urine and toilet paper in the toilet, and it wouldn’t flush. The kitchen was dirty, and there were spider webs in multiple areas. This place is an abomination.

Don’t let the pretty façade fool you, this place is not safe/​clean/​friendly and «gated» should be considered false advertising. TV has become known to the surrounding community (including meth heads and various other troublemakers, such as the ones who tried to steal my boyfriend’s things while he was in the gym) as their free recreation center where they just hop over the fence or convince one person to let them in then keep the doors open for all their buddies to get into the pool/​basketball court/​gym, but there’s no security so they don’t care. There’s no point in doing background checks on residents when anyone and everyone comes in anyways. The main gates are broken and open about 90% of the time, plus the walk through gate near our apartment has been broken since we moved in and they refuse to fix it because it costs corporate money, but when someone finally gets stabbed/​raped because again anyone and everyone gets in anyway, I’m sure the lawsuit will cost a lot more.
Speaking of money, they will try to squeeze out every penny you have every way they can such as charging you for things they never told you they would charge for, or extra money for paying rent online. One of our gate openers had been broken since we moved in, but when we tried to take it to the front desk for a different one they said they would have to charge US $ 70 for the broken one to be exchanged. We have a downstairs neighbor who constantly fights night and day with her daughter and her friends even screaming about «chlamydia» off the balcony while trying to fight people or having a screaming match from 3−5am. We and multiple other neighbors have reported them at least 6 times for these incidents (and that isn’t even as many times as it has happened) but they done nothing more than talk to them about it. We even had people call the cops on a man abusing his dog and when the front desk was made aware they asked people to report to them instead so they could «handle it internally» whatever that’s supposed to mean.
The front desk they has hired the most rude and «couldn’t give a shit less about my job» people they could find. They don’t mind cutting you off and acting like you’re wasting their time when you need to talk to them, oh and openly rolling their eyes at you. Maintenance also takes forever to get done now, and the trash at the dumpster gets so bad people wind up leaving it on the sidewalk beside it to pile up and stink up the apartment. The grass beside the complex also rarely gets mowed and is filled with fleas so when you take your dog walking you need to bath them after each walk to get all the fleas off.
There is probably a lot more I could add about my contempt for this place, but there are only so many hours in the day. The pretty look fooled me into thinking this was a safe nice place, but once you move you find they really don’t give a shit about how you are treated or your safety, they only care about money.
P. S. It’s a $ 300 non-​refundable pet deposit that doesn’t go towards any of the cleaning or anything that they take out of your main deposit. While they will at some point remind you that you need to give 60 days notice before your lease is up if you are not going to renew it, they won’t «remind» you that you are going to be charged rent + extra fees for each day after that 60 days has passed if you don’t have the forms filled out by then.

Just moved in 2 months ago, and already regretting my decision.
Pool has been closed more than half the summer, electronic doors have been broken meaning the 24 hour fitness center is actually only open during business hours, garbage must only come once a week because it ends up stacked up by dumpster and makes whole complex smell.
