Dr. Meredith Warner has been practicing orthopedic surgery in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for the past five years and recently decided to open Warner Orthopedics and Wellness.
She hails from the US Air Force after two tours of duty as a combat surgeon and prior to that completing a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. With all the changes on the horizon in healthcare, Dr. Warner felt that starting her own orthopedic group in Baton Rouge would be the best way to provide excellent, personalized care to her patients.

Dr. Warner is a Baton Rouge orthopedic doctor and is a specialist in foot and ankle surgery. She graduated with honors from the medical scholars program at the University of Delaware, and earned her medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University medical school in Philadelphia, PA. She completed an internship in general surgery. Dr. Warner completed her residency at Tulane University school of medicine in New Orleans, LA, and her fellowship in foot and ankle reconstruction at University of Texas medical branch in Galveston, TX.
Dr. Warner served as a Major in the United States Air Force with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan where she performed combat and trauma surgery. She also performed surgery on a mission to Haiti. She is also an active member of the LSU volunteer health corps.
