Book a cab even with using the app they’re still late! Booked a cab for 10:30, still no cab after 11 and still expect to pay full fare! It’s Monday night 2÷8÷16 No major events going tonight to be a hold up on getting a taxi. No explanation why they couldn’t get a cab so they come up with $h!++y excuses, and the operator sounds so dry like he/​she doesn’t give a flying 4ck.

Excellent needed a last minute ride to the bus station. Called at 11:30pm for a cab 4am that morning; he showed on time and was very friendly. You receive a call a few minutes before so be ready cause once he gets outside the meter is running lol (not mad, I couldn’t find my scarf). Will definitely be using again when I get back in town.

Literally the worst experience I’ve had with a cab company. When you book a cab, you expect them to come, or at least call when they decide they won’t be getting you, right? Instead you get busy signals and no answer from these people. Absolutely terrible.

During my recent extended stay in Baton Rouge, I took separate Yellow Cab rides on 2 different routes. Both times they picked me up quickly, the cars were clean and well maintained, the drivers to be friendly and knowledgeable, and the A to B direct. That’s almost as good as it gets for this kind of travel.

I waited for 50 minutes for a taxi to take me 10 mins from LSU to downtown. Cab driver told me he came all the way from Baker La to pick me up. Who’s the genius who came up with that plan? 2 giant thumbs down. Take the bus if you can, or try one of the reliable independent cab drivers in Baton Rouge.
