Tichenor

Update to our review: After more than two years of attempting to get our multiple roof leaks resolved with Tichenor, Inc. /​Battle Creek Roofing, and their ultimate refusal to honor their warranty; we filed a claim with the manufacturer Owens Corning.
Two independent inspections were completed by Owens Corning and they determined that the workmanship completed by Tichenor Inc. /​Battle Creek Roofing was so incompetent that the entire roof had to be re-​roofed. During this process we discovered multiple installation errors that caused additional wood rot, including some sections which had never been nailed.
Although Owens Corning is paying for the re-​roofing, we have endured three years of damage to the inside of our home, countless hours of lost work, and additional expenses to resolve this issue.
Heath Tichenor refused to re-​roof when we requested, instead he blamed our roof, his crew, and global warming for the constant leaks. He was, at best condescending and unhelpful while trying to get this issue resolved. I cannot state strongly enough to avoid this contractor at all costs!
