ATS has been providing training and consulting services to businesses in Oregon and Washington for over 20 years. We offer quality training and affordable consulting in Safety, Emergency Response and Management Development. Though the training techniques that we have developed are applicable to all training situations, we specialize in Emergency response. So that we may help people and businesses prepare for things that we hope will never happen, but unfortunately do.

Business Owner

Mr Dutton spent 18 years in some of the most dangerous work environments throughout the world. As a deep Sea Diver and Explosives Handler. he worked on ship salvage and rescue operations as well as deep water oil exploration. As a Merchant Seaman he has worked worldwide as Chief mate, Medical Officer and Captain in many remote and hazardous situations. As a Firefighter/​EMT he realized that businesses and the general public should have access to the quality of training given to persons in extreme fields.
