Cannabis Country Store

This place has the friendliest employees. Don’t know what you want? They’ll help find something. Know what you want? Great, they got you. Have questions? They’ll answer them with a smile. They take their time to help you choose the best high quality green to start or end your day. Beautiful glass accessories, high quality bud, and friendly service. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars from me is the hours they’re open, sometimes we need something at 10pm on a Thursday and they’re not open. But when they are open, it’s the only place I go.

Last weekend I went in for the first time & purchased one of those disposable vape pens. To my dismay it didn’t work straight out of the manufacturers package. I called the next day and they asked me to bring it back which I did The folks at the store were very apologetic & very accomodating. They replaced the pen no questions asked and I ended up purchasing a pipe. Bottom line, they know how to treat their customers so I’ll be going back.
Unfortunately, the replacement didn’t work either. There is only one way to use these disposable pens so this is not user error. I have not gone back to the store for this issue as it is officially a manufacturers issue, I contacted them first thing Saturday morning & it is now Monday night & I still haven’t heard back from them

I went in here the other day to purchase some cannabis. All of it is in prepackaged bags, you do not get to smell or touch it. I e been to a few other stores where they have some product in glass jars that you can smell and touch but then keep the product they are selling back behind the counter in cupboards. Here you must completely go on what the people behind the counter recommend and what is printed in the packages. I was really disappointed in that. The sales staff member that helped me seemed more interested in pushing me towards the sale items rather than listening to me and asking what Kind I was interested in having. My biggest disappointment was that I bought 2 different sealed bags and when I got home all of it was dry and crunchy. Both bags were dry. I do love that the store carries a lot of supplies. Which is why it gets 2 stars from me. I would go back to supplies just not cannabis.

Tl;dr — Great products at a competitive price compared to other stores. The BEST customer service! And absolutely worth the drive!
I live in the hazel dell area, so I have had the chance to make myself very familiar with the surrounding cannabis stores like Main St., New Vansterdam and others. Cannabis country store is by far the best recreational store experience I’ve had so far. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile and hello, promptly ID’d and let in. The inside of the store looks great, has a chill feel and isn’t crowded. They play good music and the overall vibe is very welcoming! There aren’t any lines, you don’t have to shove your way to the counter to see the products and it isn’t loud or chaotic like a lot of the other stores.
The staff are really nice! Everyone seems to get along with each other very well which really brings a happy vibe to the store. I was promptly attended to after I walked in and was very impressed with their knowledge of the products. The young man that helped me didn’t have to look at a menu or chart for any strain information or pricing. Which was impressive due to the wide variety of cannabis products this store offers!
I am very happy with the quality of cannabis this store provides, and the prices they sell for. Hands down this store has more options, very competitive prices, and some of the best cannabis I have purchased in WA. If you don’t want to look through a menu there is almost always someone available to chat with about anything! These budtenders genuinely like their jobs and it shows. I was simply and politely asked a few questions regarding my interests and how they could help me. I was quickly submerged in a personal conversation about quality cannabis, and I even purchased the first thing I was shown! (Which I loved) I have never been let down by any of the staff, and they genuinely get excited to show people new products. My time spent at this store was full of smiles, laughter, good people and good pot. To me that is almost enough to make me a return customer. But what sets this store apart from others is its ability to have a personal interaction with someone who cares, which absolutely guaranteed my return.
I consider myself to be a good judge of cannabis and an even better critic of customer service. Cannabis Country Store has earned a 5 star rating for having the best customer service, best pricing, and best quality products compared to most all recreational stores I have visited. I am saddened to see such little support for this store on Unilocal.This store deserves a much higher rating. I encourage anyone to check this store out and review it for themselves. I will be returning to cannabis country store very soon!
