I’m located in San Francisco. I called Rui, at 6:30pm and the job was done the same day by 8:00pm. What more do I have to say? He helped me serve my ex-​wife our divorce papers. However, my ex-wife’s house is only a 5 minute drive from my house. This was how easy it was.
1. Called Rui and he only asked me what papers I had. I only said to him divorce papers that’s already filed in court and only needs to be served. I told him I just got off the phone with my ex-​wife and she’s currently at home.
2. Texted Rui my address. He arrived in 40 minutes.
3. Handed Rui the papers that needed to be served, paid him, and he immediately filled out the portion stating «who served the papers with him info, etc».
4. Rui calls me back 10 minutes later and told me that the job was done. He was able to serve the papers to my ex-​wife.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone that’s looking for a process server to reach out to Rui. He will definitely get the job done.

I can’t tell how much Rui has done for me during this time … his effort to serve my TRO has waay exceeded my expectations. I’d heard many other stories about processor servers who simply took the money and said they’d tried … in fact more bad than good … but Rui showed that his reputation meant something and without question or hesitation, he took his duties seriously.
He was so on point that he even returned my initial call to hire much sooner than any of the other servers that I’d reached out to. Naturally, because of the horror stories people shared about OTHER processor servers — I was reticent. He understood my reticence to hire, and got how important it was to trust … so after the initial interview to hire — he went right to work. With dogged persistence, and constant updates of his strategies and successes, I quickly developed comfort in my decision to go with him. There were even times that I was ready to give up because the person he was looking for was so deceptive. But every time that I expressed apprehension, he would bring me back with a confident assurance of «don’t worry, I’ll find ‘em» … and it was then and every time afterward, that his confidence and consul helped me know that I’d made the right decision to go with him.
I can’t tell you how great it felt to have someone like him working for me. But I will tell you that he showed himself to be ethical, unimaginably tenacious, and worth the pay in every way. He was to me like Kojak meets Pacino … tough, tenacious, and unfaltering … get ready for the CIA in hyper-​drive … and know that this guy is … Beyond the Beyond.

This guy exemplifies good service! Extremely professional and good on his word. Called Rui on a Monday morning and unlike most other numbers I called, he answered. Met him an hour later to give him the packet to be served and discuss any details. Charged me a more than fair price and assured me it would be done that day. Kept me up to date on all events as they transpired and things couldn’t have gone smoother for me. Rui is a good guy and gave me the impression that he would do whatever needed to be done for him to serve the intended individual. Would definitely use his service again and recommend him to my closest friends.

We gave Rui an impossible task, but he got the job done! The guy we needed to serve has been MIA for months, but Rui took the job, was fast and professional, kept us up to date the whole time, and was able to serve the papers even though this guy was trying to hide out. Rui is very understanding in a hard situation like this. He listens to my needs and makes his moves FAST.
He decided quickly when’s the possible time my ex could be home and was able to serve him within a couple of hours after he got the document! And also acted very calm and professional when my ex was pissed off at him.

We filed for a small claim for the first time a year ago. After the case was opened we received letter from different process servers, picked one that we liked the most. Payed over $ 100. It took a guy over a week to call us and tell us that he couldn’t serve the person we were suing and said that he will try again if we pay him same amount of money again. At that point we had to reopen our claim and spend more and more money, so we decided to pause the process. A couple of months ago we filed again and got letters from the same process servers. This time we decided to find someone by ourselves and found Rui through Unilocal.
Rui is affordable and has a lot of good reviews. So my boyfriend called him yesterday and already met with him today and gave him all the papers. Rui assured us that until our guy would be served or he wouldn’t cash the check. An hour and a half after giving Rui the paperwork, Rui got the job done. Save your time and money and hire him.

I was unfortunate enough to require his services a couple weeks ago, as there was a former business partner I was unable to locate myself. I contacted a couple legal firms to inquire about their services in this area, when one of my close friends recommended Roy. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after talking with Roy and planning everything out, I was very confident of his abilities. He asked a lot of questions and picked up on a detail that I had missed; and from the looks of it, that detail helped a lot. I have never needed legal services before and so the prospect of getting the paperwork I needed all arranged was very daunting.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are extremely reasonable and everything I needed to be done was handled professionally, while also being very prompt. Within a couple of days everything was done, and I didn’t have to worry. Once I told them what I needed, they took care of everything.
I would recommend them to anyone needing this sort of service.

I Was referred to Roy as I needed a restraining order served against my stalker. Roy was friendly, professional and gets the job done. I gave him my order on Monday and he served her the next day.
