Business Owner

Robert J. Dunn is a 1976 graduate of Western Michigan University with a Master’s in Political Science and a 1981 graduate of Detroit College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. Known for his unwavering principles defending the rights of the accused, Mr. Dunn has been a trial attorney in Great Lakes Bay Region since 1982, and has extensive experience in the State and Federal Trial courts as well as Appeals including those to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

He has taught numerous difference law classes at the collegiate level for over 14 years, at both Delta College, and Davenport University. He also volunteers his time to assist in High School Mock Trial teams, and competes with them at the state level.

He has been a guest lecturer in Appellate Practice at Michigan State University Law School, and has frequently judged several interscholastic competitions at some of Michigan’s most prestigious law schools, and is a lecturer at legal seminars.
