Demetrios K. Tsatis is a principal of Tsatis & Associates. His experience encompasses all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including conveyances, financing and leasing, as well as representing major lending institutions in mortgage loan closings, consolidation, modification, and extension transactions, and cooperative loan financing. Mr. Tsatis devotes substantial time on the Firm’s litigation practice, concentrating on landlord/​tenant matters and commercial disputes.​

Mr. Tsatis has represented hundreds of individuals in Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy proceedings, helping hardworking individuals achieve financial freedom. He began to develop his Bankruptcy expertise while working pro bono for the New York City Bar Association’s Consumer Bankruptcy Project, and then refined his knowledge and legal expertise while working for a national bankruptcy law firm.

Mr. Tsatis attended City University of New York– Baruch College, graduating in 2004 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics. He is a 2008 graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude.
