Glam Me Up

Kelly did the makeup for the bridal for my best friends wedding this past weekend. It was actually astonishing how well my makeup stayed on my face. In the end of July and with me crying all day, my makeup was still perfect at 330 am! She was the nicest woman I had ever met and really took what we all wanted into account. She was extremely reasonably priced considering the amazing work she did. She was prepared, sweet, and catered to US like we were royalty. I don’t know why anyone would use anyone else!

Kelly and Lisa just did the hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party for my wedding and I could not be happier with the work they did. They both understood exactly what I wanted when I came to them with pictures for the trial. Their prices are affordable and their work is amazing! We had so many compliments about our hair and makeup all night. Will be recommending them to every one I know and will be using them again!

You really couldn’t ask for sweeter people to help you out for a big event or your wedding day. I was so happy with the services provided Glam Me Up for my oldest and dearest friends wedding day just last week.
Going in for our trial, we were unsure of what to expect. Already enduring through one bad trial and nearing to the wedding date, we were skeptical yet hopeful about finding a place for my bride to get her makeup and hair done. I am so thankful for
for listing this place, all the good reviews are so very true.

I used Glam Me Up for hair and makeup at my October 2014 wedding. Kelly and Lisa did a really great job. I gotta say … I looked freaking awesome! In addition, it was a day wedding and my look lasted all day and night. I highly recommend Glam Me Up for your wedding day!

I visited this business and had a make over trial by Kelly and hair by Lisa.
The salon is located upstairs opposite the Bridal Suite in Bay Shore, New York.
I had planned to have the up do on the biggest day of my life, my son’s wedding. I explained that I would be visiting alone as the bride and her
large wedding party would be out east and had secured appointments.
The plans were secured with a date and time for the up do far in advance.
I was happy with the up do and found both staff pleasant.
Imagine my surprise when Kelly calls and informs me that they must change the
time of my up do to 8;30am, or perhaps 1;00 pm or 1;30pm. (Church service scheduled at 3 pm) Impossible to make, as I was to be at church at 2;30pm.
HUH??? They had a change of venue and had extra girls added to the
wedding party that booked, on the same day. Of course, I was only one person, versus 5 – 6 people so I guess that took priority.
It was a terrible disappointment, but they did provide inconvenient times
for my up do and I did cancel. The changes happened the beginning of October,
so I had to scramble but in the end it came out fabulous.
In addition, if you do not have a big group (Bride, wedding party, mothers, aunts, etc)
I would not refer this studio.
