A+ VIP service — I arrived without an appointment for the first time & my husband bought me pedicure & fill. The staff filled the tub sat me in the massage chair & then brought someone over to do my nails at the same time as I got my pedicure I got extra long massage on legs hands arms it was best experiance ever in my 20+ years getting my nails done. Everyone in shop very attentive & nice. Even though this place is way out of my way from where I live I return every 2 weeks to get this special treatment & it is Well worth the drive Thank you

Come to visit my friend. We were walking without appointment. This salon is so clean, and the service is friendly .Got a blueberry spa pedicure, and the girl cleaned my heel so well, and the 10 min massage was awesome!
Definitely will come back!

I went into Miss Nail today for the first time to get my nails and toes done because my sister goes here and recommended them to me, I am SO happy I listened to her and tried them out! I am VERY picky when it comes to my nails and it’s VERY hard to please me, but Miss Nail definitely pleased me! This is my new permanent nail place for sure! A man named James (I believe that is his name he told me but I have a horrible memory sorry) did both my nails and toes and I couldn’t be happier :) Thanks James!

DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE
I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer here for the past year, getting my stiletto nails done by Nicole every month, spending 60+$ every visit. I never complained when they added unexpected charges to my nails because she always did such an incredible job.
However, They convinced me to get eyelash extensions one visit, I told them that in prone to styes they told me that the use the «best most expensive 100 $ glue» and that they use the best products and I should have no problems. So I fell for it. I asked for something natural and she went ahead and gave me doll lashes! My lashes touched my eyebrows. she didn’t ask me ONCE if the length was good and she just went ahead and did it. I asked her to change the length and she told me I’d have to repay, (I’m already spending 35 $, at signature day spa they do lash extensions for 30 $), not only that but the lashes came out of a pack like they got them from CVS, I told her that repaying is ridiculous and she went ahead and just trimmed the edges of my lashes. They looked even MORE FAKE. After 4 hours of these absurd lashes I called to get them removed and asked for some sort of credit so I don’t feel so bad for wasting 40 $, she began to ask me «if you went to a restaurant and didn’t like the food you can’t just ask for a refund!?» and i said «no, but they would give me some sort of credit for something». In all my time going here I’ve spent HUNDREDS and they couldn’t even credit a loyal customer.
BUT Here’s where the horror starts,
when I went back to have them removed they burned and damaged my eyes. I’ve had blurry vision SINCE, it’s been 3 days now and I can’t see clearly, and I can not see at night. I called miss nails and told them my vision is blurry and they told me that’s not normal. I went to an emergency visit to an ophthalmologist this morning and they prescribed me antibiotics that may or may not work.
I’m disgusted and disappointed. The lack of care for their customers is unacceptable. Currently, I’m still half blind because of them and I have an extremely hard time reading and driving at night due to the damage they caused my eyes. Im hoping by next week the damage clears up and my vision goes back to normal. If not, prepare and expect to hear from me again.
I will never be getting a service done here again.

I really come here due to convenience. I think they’re a little overpriced and there’s really only one girl here who can do nails well and she’s ridiculously pregnant so I’m sure she’ll be going on maternity leave within the next few weeks if not sooner. They have a good selection of colors and are typically not too busy (or as busy as the other nail salon in the mall) but they don’t accept appointments on Fridays and the weekends but assure you they’ll try to fit you in as quickly as they can. Do not do your eyebrows here though — they ruined my brother’s arch and made made my gf’s eyebrows really round.

Tried them as a groupon and I loved it! Best gel mani best colors and service :) really happy results and will continue to go here !!
